The Steadfast Tin Soldier

"The Steadfast Tin Soldier" is a ballet loosely based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairytale. It tells the story of a tin soldier with a missing leg who is bullied by his peers and falls in love with a paper doll. After a jack-in-the-box throws him out the window out of jealousy, the soldier undergoes misadventures that serendipitously bring him home, only for his hopes to be dashed in a tragic ending. Original choreography performed by VUPointe is in the works!
